Can I change/cancel my order?
We don’t accept cancellations after 2 days from the date of order. To change your order, please get in touch with us by mail at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on 8287178541, with your order number and your request. We request you to do this as soon as possible as we make your products on order.
How do I know my Product is eligible for a return?
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. We have a No return policy. All our items are made to order, Most of our items can be exchanged for a new product or store credit only if the product is defective/damaged or incorrect order is received by you. Please contact us at [email protected] regarding the same.
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. We request all customers in case of doubt about a certain product to enquire us about the same. Initiating a return on the basis of not knowing about the size, type of material, etc other than any defect or damage with the product will not be accepted.
Do you have a Reverse Pick up service
No, we don’t have a reverse pick-up service. You will have to courier the product back to us at our studio address – KH – 358, Main mandi road, Jaunapur New Delhi – 110047 . We shall refund you the courier charges borne by you in form of the store credit voucher. Since We are based in Delhi, any return order in Delhi can be picked up by us according to the availability in the next 1-2 days prior to informing about the return.
What about my money?
In case you want to return the product due to a defect or damage, The shipping cost to return the products shall be borne out by you, Since free shipping will not be there on return orders.
The total amount of the product returned plus the courier charges borne by you while returning the product to us shall be provided to you in the form of a coupon which you can use to purchase any other product from our website within 4 months from the date of return.
Please share the invoice for the courier charges borne by you for us to verify and provide you with the relevant amount coupon.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive the product back, we shall issue you the credit coupon code in the next 2-3 days.
What if I receive a damaged / defective or wrong product?
We Quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in a rare circumstances, If you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incorrect product, or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the pictures at [email protected].
Things to keep in mind while returning the product.
- Please make sure you return the unused product in its original packing along with the original price tags, labels, bar-codes, user manual, warranty card, invoices and all related documents that you received if any within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packed for dispatch purposes so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.
- Please share with us the invoice with the cost incurred in initiating a return which will be added to your credit amount.
- In case you receive any damaged, defective or improper product, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement/repair. If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, Couturiers Home shall not be held liable for providing a solution against any such complaint. The time frame starts from the date/time of product delivered at your doorsteps as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
